At The Diamond Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided the item is in its original, unworn condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Secure Your Shipment
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original grading certificates and documentation.
- 3.Dispatch the Package
Affix the prepaid insured label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
